New Class Update

Well hello friends. Long time no post. I have been away enjoying my year and I'm happy to say that I will be coming back to a regular stream soon. But first I wanted to share with you an up coming class that I will be teaching on scrapadabadoo-crafts Ustream channel.

We will be making a version of the Heidi Swapp Memory Dex. I am so excited I was able to make this work. During the class I will show you how to build and paper your memory dex as well as embellish. I will also give you so usage ideas and other awesome ways to incorporate hand made index cards as well as  die cut ones. We will also be making small envelopes from the envelope punch board.

So I hope you will join myself and the wonderful ladies of Scrapadabadoo crafts for this awesome project. The ladies have also brought in all of the dies, punches and pre made Heidi Swapp index cards. They also carry the chipboard and adhesives you will need for this project, as well as the 1/4 inch dowels. Below is a list of items used. This project will be a mix of new and use your stash. So hope to see you in class on Thursday August 27th at 10am PDT. www.upstream.tv/channel/scrapadabadoo-crafts Until then HAPPY CRAFTING!

-(5)  1in wide by 12in long construction strips. Scored down the 12 inch length at 1/2.

*NOTE: your construction strips should match the color of chipboard you are using. For this project I will be using black chip board.

For the paper used in this project I will be pulling from my stash but if you are in the mood to use some awesome brand new paper the ladies have all of the latest and greatest in stock for you now at www.Scrapadabadoo.com

I will be using a mix of seam binding that I have dyed my self with Lindy's stamp gang sprays and paper clips and hand punched paper pieces as well as some project life cards and matching chipboard pieces. Most all of these items can be found in the store.
